UGOOD organizes recreational and sports activities each year under UGOOD Youth Wing. Every year UGOOD-YW organizes Foot Ball, Cricket 20/20 hard ball, Cricket 07/07 tap ball flood light, Badminton, 5 km Racing, Jumping, Cycling, kabaddi tournaments. UGOOD-YW keeps adding more games in these tournaments each year.

This year again UGOOD Youth Wing launched "UGOOD Cricket League-UCL" at District Sialkot which is a district level 20/20 hard ball cricket tournament. UGOOD believes on promoting the healthy recreational activities for youngsters with the objectives to create an environment of teamwork, harmony and sportsmanship among the youth that can help them to take difficult challenges of life with more confidence, energy and independence.

The leading teams of the area shall be participating in the UCL Tournament that shall start from November 16th 2008. Inauguration ceremony shall be attended by prominent personalities of the area that shall encourage the teams participating in the tournament. Attractive prizes have been announced by the sponsors for the winner and runner up team, along with special prizes for man of the series, batsman of the tournament, bowler of the tournament, and special prize and trophy will be awarded in every single match of the tournament for the over all better performance in the match.

Defending Champion is a "UGOOD Kings Eleven, Gondal from 2006 to 2008.

UGOOD youth wing is a part of UGOOD youth development program, that encourages and motivates the youngsters to engage and participate in social development activities. The major objectives of UGOOD Youth Wing are:-

- Provide a forum to the youngsters of the area to discuss and resolve the issues and problems & conflicts.
- Plan and execute positive recreational and sports activities for the youngsters.
- Create awareness among the youngsters against social evils like, drug addiction, begging.
- Sensitize the youth about social development and human rights.
- Free of cost blood transmission service.
- Creating awareness for cleaning, sanitation and environment issues.
- Training youngsters for providing emergency relief in case of natural or human calamity.
- Creating awareness against diseases like HIV Aids, TB & Malaria in society.
- Providing youth a forum to discuss career planning, employment and specified technical trainings.
- To promote peace & religious harmony among various sectors of society.
- And to work for any other task assigned by UGOOD.
