IIFWP (inter religious and international federation for world peace) and UPF (Universal Peace Federation) in collaboration with UGOOD organized a peace ceremony in Islamabad Marriott Hotel on 20th June 2007. The basic aim of the ceremony was to promote the religious & cultural harmony and a peaceful and liberal image of Pakistan in the scenario of present war against terrorism. More than 400 people belonging to various cultural and religious backgrounds participated in the ceremony. GOOD Chief Executive, Mr. Syed Ishtiaq Ul Hassan Gilani was awarded with the Ambassador for Peace from the Secretary of World Association of Non Government Organizations (WANGO).
