Community Physical Infrastructure- CPI
 UGOOD has involved various public & private sector Departments to provide various Community Physical Infrastructure schemes to its stake-holders and has developed strong liaison and relationship between them. Stake-holders of our Community Based Organizations (CBOs) organize regular meetings with Local Government Representatives (of District, Tehsil & Union Councils) to identify various urgently required Physical Infrastructure Schemes for their respective localities; funding mechanism is also discussed and agreed upon by all the parties, involved.
UGOOD is also planning to identify some prospective Donor/s that could help us in this sector in future; by assisting our Stake-holders in funding some CPIs, identified by them and agreed upon mutually.

2. Construction of RCC Street in village Gondal
3. Construction of RCC Street in Sialkot city
4. Construction of brick-lined Road in village Niddo kay Sayedan
5. Provision of Gas to the residents of Capital Road in Sialkot city
6. Construction of Drains on both sides of main road in village Gondal
7. Boundaries of Schools, Girls High school and Girls middle School
8. Construction of additional rooms in Girls School Buildings / 3 Rooms, 4 Rooms
9. Construction of add ional Bathrooms in  2 Girls High Schools
10. Reconstruction of old Bathrooms in 2 Girls High Schools
11. Launched a mega project of Sewerage and Sanitation with the help of Local Government at Gondal, Sialkot.
12. Installation of first Water Filtration Plant in Village Gondal with the help of Local Government Sialkot.
13. Educational Scholarships for poor and deserving girls with the help of Local Government, Sialkot.
