UGOOD Youth Development Programs (UGOOD-YDP) encourages and advocates the youth to engage and participate in social development activities. UGOOD-YDP enriching the lives of almost 3000 youth from low and moderate-income families and providing them the opportunities to use their talents and skills.
The major objectives of UGOOD Youth Development Programs:-
1. UGOOD Youth Platform
UGOOD-YDP provides platform to the youth of the area to discuss and resolve their issues and problems & resolve conflicts in an amicable manner.
2. Youth Recreational & Sports Activities
UGOOD-YDP plans and executes positive recreational and sports activities for the youngsters every year. UGOOD organizes 20/20 Hard Ball and 7/7 Tap ball Flood Light Cricket Tournaments in District Sialkot and Islamabad. Defending Champion team of Cricket is UGOOD Kings Eleven from 2006 to 2008.
3. UGOOD Youth Awareness Program
UGOOD Creates awareness through workshops, seminars, conferences and forums among the youth against “Social Evils” like, drug addiction, begging and especially for cleaning, sanitation and environmental issues. UGOOD Youth Development Programs also create awareness with the help of Volunteer Doctors against diseases like HIV Aids, TB & Malaria through UGOOD Free Dispensaries, UGOOD Mobile Ambulance Units and UGOOD Medical Camps.
4. Youth Social Development Activities
UGOOD-YDP sensitizes youth about Social Development activities and Human Rights.
5. UGOOD Free Blood Transmission Services
UGOOD, with the group of UGOOD-YDP started free of cost Blood Transmission Service for the deserving and unprivileged people of the community in District Sialkot since 2005.
6. Youth Capacity Building Programs
UGOOD-YDP engages and encourages youth to participate in Youth Capacity Building Programs through workshops, seminars and forums with our Strategic Partner “Ministry of Youth Affairs”, Government of Pakistan. UGOOD YDP also provides trainings to youngsters for providing emergency relief in case of natural or human calamities.
7. UGOOD Youth Peace Symposiums
UGOOD Youth Development Programs sponsor and arrange “UGOOD Youth Peace Symposiums” each year to promote peace & religious harmony among various sectors of society, especially amongst youth.
8. Career Exploration Opportunities
UGOOD-YDP also provides a platform for youth to discuss career planning, employment and specified technical trainings. Career Planning Workshops-CPW are arranged for fresh graduate & post-graduate students & they are also helped for their placement in Corporate & Private sectors. Since now, UGOOD has helped more than 65 students in finding jobs after completing their studies in national and multinational Companies.

Executive was awarded “SAFRG Youth Award” in India by the Major General Surat Sandhu,
Chairman of South Asian Fund Raising Group (SAFRG)-India at Jaypee
Palace Hotel, Agra, India on 7th September 2005.
4- “Salam Pakistan Youth Award 2006” conferred by President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan
President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan General Pervaiz Musharaf conferred “Salam Pakistan Youth Award 2006” to UGOOD’s Volunteer for his outstanding performance during the UGOOD’s Earthquake Rescue Operation-ERO in Kashmir and NWFP.
5- UGOOD Youth Development Programs (UGOOD-YDP) launched an annually "UGOOD Cricket League-UCL" tournament at District Sialkot which is a district level 20/20 hard ball cricket tournament on 16 November 2008.
